Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of clerical support and day-to-day administration functions
- Responsible for smooth general daily operations, incoming calls and correspondences and coordinate outdoor duties, limited out-door work is required
- Perform ad-hoc projects or assignments as required by superior
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Mature, diligent, able to multi-task and good at general administrative duties
- Effective time management, able to complete tasks with priorities and within tight deadlines
- Detail oriented, well-organized, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing etc.
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
