Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Corporate Wealth Management business and nurture it as one of the core business in Business Banking.
• Report timely any unusual transaction / activity suspicious of money laundering to Compliance Department; and malpractice/ irregularity identified to supervisor. 
• Conduct market research related to competitors’ market products and promotional activities.
• Co-ordinate with all related departments to deliver new products, and enhance existing products.
• Prepare and issue all documents necessary to ensure the timely execution of product plans, according to established company procedures and budgets.
• Evaluate all marketing efforts on products, and provide recommendations for future strategies and plans.
• Provide marketing operations support such as gift redemption, etc.
• Revamp BAS marketing communications such as sales kit, leaflet, flyer and poster etc.
• Understand the relevance and meaning of all relevant bank policies, guidelines and procedures, including but not limited to those related to AML, data protection, code of conduct, internal control, risk management, etc. and fully comply with them.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or product management of retail banking or consumer products.
• Good market awareness, strong analytical mind, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess broad knowledge of marketing and product management techniques and understanding of the bank’s retail products.
• Good knowledge of credit, marketing and loan documentation
• Aggressive, innovative and results oriented.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
