Responsibilities:

• Handling corporate finance assignments, including M&A, takeovers, corporate advisory and other fund raising activities
• Provide support on research, financial analysis, and modeling and evaluation activities
• Supervise SFC 6 regulated activities
• Support the deal valuation and due diligence processes
• Prepare pitch book and business proposals
• Draft announcement, circular and prospectus
• Responsible for assessing potential deals, developing new business and maintaining client relationships

Requirements:

• University Degree and/or professional qualification holder in Accounting/ Business Administration, Finance or Law;
• Candidates applying for the position of Manager should possess minimum of 3 years’ corporate finance or research experience with a reputable investment bank or leading boutique
• MUST SFC Type6 
• Familiar with the rules and regulations of the HK corporate finance industry;
• Experience in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Code related transactions is preferred;
• Strong report writing, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills, and a good team player with positive working attitude; and
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Putonghua.

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager or Associate)
