Job Responsibilities:

• Provide trading floor support and system operations to end users.
• Execute regular backup procedures and maintain hardware & software inventory.
• Develop and maintain application, scripts and monitoring tool to support trading system daily operation and conduct primary diagnostics.
• Occasional holiday duty roster and weekend support is required
• Perform website content update, system checking and monitor trading & settlement systems performance on daily basis.
• Perform regular system maintenance and generate reports of financial website and systems.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in brokerage firm or financial institutions
• Familiar with website content update, securities/futures trading system, settlement back office system
• Strong problem-solving, analytical mind & organizing skill
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good at written and spoken English and Chinese, good at spoken Putonghua will be an advantage.
