We are looking for an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join the Power Engineering Branch of CLP Engineering Ltd. Reporting to the Project Manager, the appointee will be responsible for the following duties:

Major Duties:

• Manage the supply and installation of 11kV power equipment project for external business such as railway power line and the government projects
• Carry out tendering activities including clients’ coordination, site visit, tender evaluation, subcontractor price negotiation and tender submission on power engineering business
• Ensure effective project management of activities including project program monitoring, cost control, subcontractors’ performance supervision, material and resources planning
• Liaise with suppliers / contractors in tendering, site work coordination, claims & disputes negotiation and resolution

Requirements:

• A recognized university degree in Electrical Engineering plus 5 years’ relevant working experience in electrical installation
• Sound knowledge on project management and good understanding in tendering processes
• Trade knowledge on power engineering business
• Strong supervisory, communication and leadership skills
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, a good team player and able to work independently and under pressure
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Engineer
