Job Description
We are working with a specialist Japanese contractor with an ever growing portfolio of projects. To improve efficiency, they are looking for a pre contracts engineer who is qualified (Authorised Person) to join their team and assist with all of their pre-contracts workload.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Assist with the design, planning and estimation of bids
• Oversee the preparation of bid cost analysis and budgets
• Manage tendering schedules to achieve on time delivery of tenders
• Attend tender meeting with clients & suppliers
Desired Skills and Experience
• Demonstrable experience of building and civil projects in Hong Kong
• QS, drafting & contractual knowledge
• Building Department submission experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
• Good command in written English and Chinese
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Excellent man management skills within a multi-cultural environment
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
• Engineering degree
• Chartered Engineer is preferred
• AUTHORISED PERSON is a must
