Responsibilities 

• Responsible for design all contents of event promotion materials, eg. print-ads, billboards, posters, leaflets, brochures, corporate collaterals, POP materials, on-site decorations of events, etc.
• Design graphics, layout and interface for digital environment, such as media banners, online promotional materials for website, App, social media, etc.
• Arrange to installation on site about event artworks, stage, exhibition, decoration & display
• Follow up from the design stage to project completion
• Follow through marketing and event projects from concept development, artwork design and production independently
• Work closely with the Event Development Department to implement online and offline design to activities, websites, App, social media, etc.
• Communication with customer & vendor if needed
• Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design or related subjects
• At least 5 to 8 years of solid experience in Graphic Design (2D) with demonstrable portfolio
• Relevant experience gained from Media, Agency, Adtech or Advertising is a plus
• Proficiency in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Good in written & spoken English and Cantonese
• Hands-on experience in character animation would be an advantage
• Video editing skills, knowing Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro and film/television production and photography will be an advantage
• Strong communication, analytic and problem solving skills
• Independent, responsible, self-motivated, and multi-task able to work under pressure, passionate to work in media industry and aiming for on-going self-growth
• Creative, detail-minded and able to explore new ideas, work under tight schedule and pressure, interested in exploring digital platforms
• Immediate availability is preferred
