PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage printing jobs and ensure materials deliver on schedule for BUS-SHELTER outdoor media platform
• Liaise with clients and vendors on artwork submission and production process
• Assist Project Manager on the creative projects
• Support administrative work for the department

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary or above education in any discipline
• At least 1 year working experience. Experience in printing/production is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
• Proficient with MS Office
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fresh graduates with good potentials will be considered
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
