Responsibilities:

Be in charge of training and disciplining sales & marketing team

Determine appropriate sales strategies

Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, development & implementing sales action plans

Develop good relationships with corporate clients, tourist offices, travel and internet agents

Explore potential customers and marketing opportunities

Create new products and coordinate new product development

Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years in the position of hotel sales and marketing manager

A thorough knowledge about sales and marketing strategies

Possess good relationship with corporate companies, travel and internet agents, etc.

Excellent communication, negotiation and manipulative abilities

Resort hotel experience preferable

Work in Wan chai
