Job Description

  • Provide full administrative support
  • Assist in handling special assignments/ projects when necessary, e.g. creating tables and PPT
  • Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries

Requirements

  • Secondary level or above (*Fresh graduates are welcome*)
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Good computer skills - Photoshop and MS Office especially in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong problem solving skills
  • Good team player, service-minded & hard-working
