Responsibilities:

• Develop a test strategy and plan for System Assurance testing activities
• Develop detailed test cases according to defined system requirement specification
• Build and Lead a test team to execute test cases and make sure the tasks are completed on time
• Manage the test project’s risk and quality against project scope, budget and schedules
• Report on testing status and progress to senior management
• Manage the end to end testing of multi-vendor projects
• Establish measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with business, corporate and / or team goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science , information technology or other related disciplines
• 6+ years of experience in Information technology and minimum 3 years of test management experience 
• Experience in leading teams and building relationships with people at a variety of levels
• Good to have banking working experience 
• Must have good understand of SDLC, testing life cycle, methodologies and best practices 
• Experience working in large scale and complex systems environment and demonstrated ability to deliver large scale test projects on time and with quality 
• Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills
