Responsibilities

IT Function

• Monitor daily operations on Server, Remote and On-site support
• Provide system administration and technical support to staff users
• Handle system operation work including backup, report generation & others
• Assist in maintaining the group’s website
• Handle daily systems maintenance, system and network monitoring, computer asset management, Email system services.

Administrative Support

• Assist in group documentation and inventory organization relevant work.
• Assist in handling ad - hoc administrative work assigned by supervisor.
  
  

 Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or above
• At least 3 years relevant experience in listed company in – house IT Support
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Stable, mature and willing to work under pressure
