Administration Support officer - Medical/GI (ref: EB)

Responsibilities:

• Provide all round administration and operational support to EB/GI (mainly to EB or High End Medical)
• Handle New & Renewal cases independently (including: Issuing Notes, generate proposal, Making products comparison).
• Keep proper records for Clients.
• Need to communicate with Providers/Agents/Clients related to policy administration.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirements:

• DSE or above. 
• 2 years of working experience in High End Medical/Group Medical field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, Good Command in Cantonese. 
• Professional insurance qualification or having passed IIQE Paper I & II is preferred.
• Interest in Insurance Broker's Industry is a MUST.
• Highly motivated, fast learner with "can-do" attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Mature and Stable .
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, attentive to details and as an excellent team player.
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Admin Support to Sales Team.
• Immediate available OR Short notice candidate is highly preferred.
