Job Responsibilities:

• According to the company's strategy, develop foreign trade business plan, department work plan and KPI
• Formulate and improve import and export business processes. Collect and analysis industry information, data and trend
• Independently manage sample development schedule, production schedule, shipping and booking, complaining and claiming processes with customers and factory departments
• Monitor and provide guidance on the whole merchandising process of the department. Helps prioritize workload and resolve problem
• Follow up major customers and orders. Coordinate cross-functional matters with factory and customers
• Manages, trains, coaches and develops the team to be customer-focused, effective and efficient, and team-oriented in their work

Requirements:

• Degree in merchandising or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in merchandising field and factory experience with at least 5 years in management level.
• Experience in sample development/production follow up with direct factory production exposure
• Familiar with process, laws and regulations of import and export business both in HK and mainland
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication, negotiation, presentation and organization skills
• Station in Dongguan, China
