The incumbent will be responsible for providing quality property management services, liaising with contractors, supervising security team and monitoring cleaning and general maintenance works.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
• Professional Membership in HKIH / CIH / RPHM preferred
• At least 5 years of related working experience in property management or facility management, in which 3 years of experience at supervisory level
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Mature, independent and with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Property Services Officer
