Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in order processing or sales administration
  • Prior exposure in preparing delivery documents is highly preferred
  • Well-versed in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, Chinese WP
  • Self-motivated, cheerful, energetic, team player and responsible
  • Fair in communication of English and Putonghua
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales documents including quotation, invoice and delivery documents
  • Coordinate delivery arrangement and maintain the order schedules in the system
  • Provide support to sales team on daily operation and ad hoc projects as assigned
