Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the department
• Handle purchasing orders including product sourcing, pricing negotiation, shipment and order processing
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholder on order progress / project follow up
• Assist to product related event and marketing campaign
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary level or above
• At least 2 years in managing clerical & sales order work
• Proficiency in PC skills
• Well-organized, multitasking and attention to details
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in music instruments are definitely appreciated
