Responsibilities 

• To maintaining high quality customer service.
• To handle customer enquiries from incoming calls and emails.
• To prepare reports/statistics/summary on customer feedback for internal circulation and analysis

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in hospitality or related discipline
• Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience gained from retail / catering industry
• Excellent communications skills with pleasant telephone manner
• Strong problem solving skills and customer-oriented
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
