Job Location : Hong Kong

Overview

This position, which reports to the Finance Supervisor, is responsible for handling freight/warehouse expense, process improvement, and internal control.  Duties also cover daily operation of account payable team and ah-hoc projects.
 

Responsibilities:

• Review, record and handling freight / warehouse expenses including vendor invoices, journal vouchers, expense accrual & allocation
• Resolve problems and input control on invoices processing and payment 
• Review and Prepare Vendor reconciliation 
• Monitor and follow up outstanding issues and old aged items 
• Prepare month end balance sheet reconciliation 
• Review/prepare expenses reports & cash flow forecast 
• As a coordinator of internal departments to meet the target 
• Participate in Finance projects, process improvement and documentation of workflow 
• Check requests to ensure completeness and compliance with financial policies  procedures ,contractual, SOX and internal audit requirement
• Review travel and entertainment expense report 
• Monitor and follow up long outstanding travel advance transaction 
• Contract review 
• Perform back up for teammates ad hoc projects

 
Requirements:

• Degree holder/High Diploma/Diploma in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in Accounting
• Experience in handling SAP system preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin-Chinese
• Good attitude, good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels
• Ability to work well in a team and good attention to detail
