Job Responsibilities

• Leading a small team of accounting department to perform daily accounting and administrative operations
• Managing daily cash flow and performing day-to-day treasury functions
• Serve as a key member to provide decision support analysis, modelling financial impacts of initiatives under consideration
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis for management review in a timely manner 
• Improve existing system, process and internal control
• Identify and implement ongoing process improvement and cost efficiencies for the organization and target to deliver process simplification and driving efficiencies
• Support ad-hoc assignment required for business

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines or above
• A minimum of 8 years relevant professional work experience, 5 years at management level or above. Preferable in retail industry
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Outgoing and proactive personality
• Excellence command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting and Financial Manager
