Reporting to the Concierge, the incumbent will be the deputy in-charge of the overall day-to-day estate operation and management of a luxury residential property in Ho Man Tin or Mid-Levels. Duties will include serving residents on a day to day basis, providing security and concierge services, manning control room and fixed points as needed.

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above, tertiary education is preferable;
• Minimum 3 years experience in property management of luxury residential developments;
• Valid Security Personnel Permit is needed;
• Sound knowledge of building operations, estate management and clubhouse management;
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels;
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Highly proactive and customer-orientated with a positive mindset;
• Willing to work flexibly
• To assist in the handover of flats as required
