Job Description
REQUIREMENTS :
- F5 or above.
- At least 3 years experience in Personnel and Administration (including recruitment,
employee benefits, payroll & full spectrum of administrative duties to support daily
office activities). - Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment and Labour Ordinances.
- LCC Intermediate level or above is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Strong PC skills & proficient in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing.
- Pleasant, well-organized, attentive to details and can work under pressure & heavy workload
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assisting in HR and Admin function including recruitment, payroll calculation, MPF administration, Medical scheme and Annual Tax Return.
- Office daily administration work and prepare staff attendance and annual leave applications/ records.
- Prior experience in handling accounts DATA entry and Trial balance is preferable.
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
