Responsibilities

• Oversee payment collection and achieve collection targets for North Asia Regions;
• Review and streamline regional credit control process;
• Manage customer credit issues and provide solutions;
• Perform regional collection forecast and project AR collection overdue %;
• Conduct regular process view to ensure adequate control in day to day operation;
• Propose write off / provision for irrecoverable receivables at regional level;
• Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required;
• Oversee and improve billing cycle efficiency for North Asia Regions;
• Closely monitor the unbilled, unapproved invoice and unaccrued income for North Asia Regions;
• Review and establish private customer billing policy for North Asia Regions;
• Participate "FinTech" roll out and implementation, align related policies across North Asia Regions;
• Ad-hoc project on accounts receivable, collection and billings cycle.

Requirements

• Degree holder;
• 8 years or above of relevant working experience in Credit Control;
• Qualified Accountant;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese;
• Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point, recognized as super user;
• Good organizational and communication skills;
• Good team player;
• Immediate available/ short notice period preferred.
