We are looking for a vacant position as below :

Responsibility :

~Handle full sets of accounts and general administrative duties independently

~ Liaise with auditors and tax company for the Company's profit tax return

~ Prepare and arrange payment, bookkeeping data entry, vouchers and filing

~ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, schedule and management reports

~ Assist in other ad-hoc job projects as assigned

Requirements :

~ Diploma holder or above in accounting or equivalent

~ At least 3 years of relevant working experience

~ Good knowledge in MS office

~ Proficiency in using accounting software

~ Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

~ Mature, self-motivated, responsible, stable and hardworking
