Duties and responsibilities

Staff and management at V Line Cosmetic Clinic encourage a team work environment. To ensure the clinic operates smoothly specific duties must be assigned while various duties will be shared amongst staff. 

•        Handle reservations and Coordinate client's appointment bookings
•        Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
•        Provide administrative support to team
•        Responsible to issue invoice and file records
•        Build a good relationship with our members and clients

Requirements

•        HKDSE or above
•        Proficient in using Microsoft word and excel
•        Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin; Fair in English
•        Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•        Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience in related industry is preferred
