We are looking for highly a highly efficient HR professional who will focus on talent acquisition, training & development and employee relations along with supporting regional HR initiatives.  If you are passionate about people and have a proven record of success in a HR business partnering role - let's chat.

Based in Hong Kong, this position will serve as the strategic and hands-on human resources liaison the dynamic and energetic team at FleishmanHillard. Also, you will have the opportunity to partner with our HR Team in Asia Pacific which has a strong coaching and collaboration culture. 

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement ongoing talent acquisition program initiatives (Rising Stars and Talent Exchange, PR Academy/Internships)
  • Proactively assess training and development needs and propose internal / external solutions. Implement practical and effective training programs to increase staff development.
  • Effectively conduct knowledge management, and establish the knowledge creating human resources process.
  • Effectively establish and maintain FH Hong Kong unique culture.
  • Facilitate and advance on-going retention strategies, succession planning programs and workplace initiatives that continue to promote a productive and great-place-to-work environment.
  • Provide guidance to management and staff in Hong Kong office on human resources practices, policy interpretation, problem resolution and compliance.
  • Act as project lead to implement regional HR initiatives in partnership with Regional HR Director, APAC such as employee satisfaction survey and action plan, etc.
  • Coordinate initiatives with the APAC regional Talent Development team.
  • Partner and collaborate with General Manager, Finance team and regional Talent Development Team.

 What you'll need:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of solid HR Generalist/corporate recruiting or agency recruiting experience at all levels with an extensive knowledge of local laws, practices and customs
  • Demonstrate solid human resources generalist experience applicable to professional services organizations; sound knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws and other regulatory practices.
  • Proven ability to consult with and add value to senior management executives on all issues relating to human resources and talent development is critical.
  • Effective in written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Demonstrate organizational awareness working within a multinational organization.
  • Gain trust from employees as well as local, regional, and corporate leaders.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and coaching skills for all employees and managers
  • Ability to function in a lean set up and a fast-paced dynamic environment; and to plan, propose and organize relevant resources and people for implementing human resources management related work.
  • Strong in project management skills and ability to coordinate regional or global HR initiatives with multiple parties across various countries.
  • Able to cope with multi-tasks and a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); any other skills in online and digital technology are highly desirable (i.e.) infographics
  • Strong team player, mature, independent, and attentive to detail;
  • Strong in analytical thinking and being resourceful
