Job Descriptions

• Provide all-rounded secretarial and administration support to the GM
• Prepare required documents, business reports in regular basis
• Trip arrangement and itinerary planning
• Arrange meetings and draft agendas
• Assist other ad hoc projects as required

 Key Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing is preferable
• Above 3-year related working experiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and coordination skills
• Result-oriented, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks
• Well-organized and able to work independently
