A well established local bank in Hong Kong, active in providing banking, insurance, financial and other related services in Hong Kong, Macau and the People's Republic of China, is expanding their branch banking team in HK.

The Role

• ensure all customer complaints and feedback received handled on timely and in compliance with internal and external complaint handling related guidelines.
• Handle written complaints and feedback received through various channels and prepare written responses to the complainants
• Coordinate with business and support functions to collect facts and evidence for complaint investigation and to resolve in full compliance with the related codes and guidelines
• Assist in reviewing the complaint handling procedures/ guidelines to ensure that the Bank is fully complied with the regulatory requirements 
• Assist in conducting service quality sharing session for frontline staff to reinforce their service mindset

You will need  

• Degree or diploma holder with 7 years’ working experience in complaint handling and/or customer services, preferably in banking industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
