Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead & execute HR projects and initiatives including HRIS
- Partner managers for strategic talent acquisition and development
- Review and streamline HR process and procedures to enhance operation efficiency
- Assist in updating HR policies and practices to comply with local laws and regulations
Requirements
- Degree in HRM or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of HR experience, preferably from travel/retail industry
- A good team player, results-oriented with positive attitude
- Technology savvy, analytical skills and strong at figures
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Well versed in local Employment Ordinance and related ordinances
- Able to work independently
- Less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
