Responsibilities

• Lead & execute HR projects and initiatives including HRIS
• Partner managers for strategic talent acquisition and development
• Review and streamline HR process and procedures to enhance operation efficiency
• Assist in updating HR policies and practices to comply with local laws and regulations

 Requirements

• Degree in HRM or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of HR experience, preferably from travel/retail industry
• A good team player, results-oriented with positive attitude
• Technology savvy, analytical skills and strong at figures
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well versed in local Employment Ordinance and related ordinances
• Able to work independently 
• Less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
