  • Receptionist duties including receiving of visitors and handling of incoming telephone calls
  • Process of incoming and outgoing mails, courier documents and postages, messenger/outdoor services when required
  • To coordinate conference rooms bookings, ordering of stationeries, etc.
  • Assisting Admin Department for all clerical work e.g. word processing, filings, staff functions, and simple IT follow up work

Requirements

  • HKDSE graduates with qualified in both English and Chinese language subjects
  • One year’s office experience is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Pleasant character, good English preferably Mandarin as well
  • Conscientious personality and team player
  • Diligent, willing to learn and assume responsibility
