Our client, a western restaurant located in Hong Kong Southern Area is now looking for high caliber candidate apply for the following positions:

*Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 4-5 years property maintenance / projects management experience in F & B industry
- Experience in dealing with Contractors and / or Landlords, can evaluate tender submissions & quotations
- Has an understanding of the restaurant licensing rules & regulations in Hong Kong
- Excellent command of English & Chinese, report to General Manager (Expatriate)

*Responsibilities:
- Assist in property search for new restaurant sites
- Liaise with designers, consultants, contractors and vendors for planning, execution and monitoring process
- Manage tendering and QA process for all projects
- Ensure each branch complies with all legislation regarding Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and licensing.  Manage licencing process
- Salary: ~35K
- Benefit: 5 days work, 12 months salary+bonus, banking holiday, 14 days annual leave, medical (including dental) & MPF
