Job Description
A well-established food & beverage service provider is currently seeking an Administrative Manager to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day office operations including -
- Scheduling maintenance of office equipment and computers
- Ordering of office and pantry supplies
- Reviewing existing contracts with various vendors
- Managing staff annual leave calendar, MPF and other fringe benefits
- Liaising with different government bodies and associations
- Monitoring cost and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Conduct market research for new vendors and take ownership of the negotiation process
- Review all standardized company guidelines and policies
- Take part in continuous improvement by reviewing current processes and making recommendations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of two
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects along with other managers in different functions
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience within Office Administration or any related fields
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- Analytical mind-set
- A team player with leadership skills
