Job Description

A well-established food & beverage service provider is currently seeking an Administrative Manager to join their expanding team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day office operations including - 
    • Scheduling maintenance of office equipment and computers
    • Ordering of office and pantry supplies
    • Reviewing existing contracts with various vendors
    • Managing staff annual leave calendar, MPF and other fringe benefits
    • Liaising with different government bodies and associations 
    • Monitoring cost and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Conduct market research for new vendors and take ownership of the negotiation process 
  • Review all standardized company guidelines and policies
  • Take part in continuous improvement by reviewing current processes and making recommendations
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of two
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects along with other managers in different functions

 

Requirements: 

  • 8-10 years of experience within Office Administration or any related fields
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Analytical mind-set
  • A team player with leadership skills
