Job Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Director in department operations and general administrations
• Assist Sales Director for handling project and key account activities
• Independently handle correspondences, organization meeting and take minutes
• Complete assigned task independently and professionally within a tight schedule
• Assist in specific project management assigned by Sales Director
• Prepare Sales Data, Weekly Sales Report and Marketing material
• Liaise with internal & external parties on business as well as personal matters proactively & independently.

Requirements:

• University Graduate or Diploma in any disciplines
• 1-2+ years of solid experience
• Possess character of friendliness, enthusiasm, honesty and with strong common sense.
• Positive, detail-minded, well-organized and interpersonal skills, with a heart to serve
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Excellent skill in Word/EXCEL/PowerPoint
• Traveling Overseas may be required
