Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement insurance business strategic plans, action plan and initiatives in achieving the Company’s business targets
• Sit in Investment Panel for insurance product assessment and clients’ portfolio management
• Regular research on market trend and statistics, keep abreast of the market development and obtain market intelligence
• Identify and recommend appropriate insurance products to map with client needs
• Work with Relationship Managers to perform client-centered portfolio review and design to ascertain the client's capacity for risk.
• Develop and conduct regular trainings to enhance insurance knowledge of Relationship Managers
• Work with the compliance team to ensure the sales practice is fully compliant
• Establish good relationship with business partners and Relationship Managers to gain support for product delivery strategies

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 6-8 years’ working experience in financial products management
• Registered CE License under PIBA / CIB with Insurance and Investment professional qualification, such as FLMI; CFP/CFA would be an advantage
• Qualified for SFC regulated activities type 1, 4 & 9 would be an advantage
• Strong insurance product knowledge with sound knowledge in risk management on insurance & investment products
• Creative, self-motivated, analytical and be attentive to details
• Strong sense of commitment, mature, self-reliant and able work under pressure
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skill
• Candidate with more experience with be considered as Head of Insurance
