Job Description

• Provide high quality customer service to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reply email inquiries and Answer phone calls
• Greeting and Looking after customers, making appointment and room.
• Handling billing and payment 
• On shift duties

Requirements

• At least 1 year or more related experience in hotel / private club.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) fluently.
• Good knowledge in MS office, Internet and computer operation.
• Good work attitude and customer service skills
• Mature and responsible, is proactive and takes initiative to work independently.
