Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Retail Management
-
Ensure stock suitable levels of saleable items and testers at all POS
-
Support forecasting for launches
-
Ensure best assortment and develop Commission schemes that support the defined strategies
-
Define sales targets and incentives. Monitors/follows up on both
-
Ensure the defined retail plan is implemented and followed. Propose improvements taking advantage of business opportunities
-
Submit monthly report, detailing sales, best practice and monthly highlights and competitor’s activities
-
Plan, prepare and execute HPP/promotion events and ensure BAs are well briefed
-
Work closely with Training team to provide feedback on BA needs and set training focus
-
Develop and maintain relationship with store management
-
Brand Image and VM
-
Implement and maintain all VM guidelines
-
Prepare, implement and maintain planograms as submitted and agreed
-
Update counter tools and ensure they are used correctly (i.e. iPad, customer materials)
-
Ensure visual exchanges are executed in a timely manner and provide feedback to management if any
-
Support team with installation report for VM team to follow up

BA Management
-
Recruit new BAs and introduce them to the brand and the team, ensuring that all new members get the necessary welcome documentation
-
Liaise with Training team to ensure best possible training for BAs and GS. Support trainer in preparing and conducting the sessions

Identify coaching needs for each BA and coaches each team member individually to ensure the service standards are followed
-
Ensure BAs perform Art of Perfection at counter, sets KPIs and targets to increase sales and level of Service through AOP
-
Strive to increase ritual sales & IPT with each BA
-
Actively communicate with all team members to keep them up to date on development and success stories
-
Ensure grooming guidelines are implemented and maintained by all team members
Requirements
-
University education with minimum 3 years of experience in field activities, preferably from cosmetics or luxury sector
-
Business-driven, inspiring people and strong team spirit
-
Strong leadership and change management skills
-
Structured approach to planning and KPI measuring
-
People-oriented, energetic & outgoing personality, passion for selling and people, willing to change
-
Good interpersonal skills and effective in communication
-
Willing to travel: 50% to China & Taiwan
-
Fluent in English and Mandarin (and/or Cantonese)
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, PPT
