Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing;
• Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities;
• Tender preparation, cost control and claims assessment;
• Experience in contract documents and site management
• Handling Quantity Surveying duties independently;
• Assist in settlement of accounts with clients/subcontractors

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher diploma in Quantity Surveying or other related engineering disciplines;
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience for building / civil job with main contractor or sub-contractor firm is preferred;
• Have experience in similar position with exposure in interior decoration
• Good QS and tendering knowledge;
• Have a strong cost control, inventory management and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills and able to work independent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer skill in MS Office
