Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• At least 1 year working experience in construction field
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer knowledge and familiar in using MS Office
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Experience in contract documents and site management
• Experience in valuation of variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractor’s accounts
