• University or higher diploma graduate in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Electronic Engineering or related discipline;
• Minimum  15 years’ hands-on experience in mechanical or electronic toys development.  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Product Manager;
• Ride-on products or sporting goods experience highly preferred;
• Must be familiar with international safety standard for Toys in US, Canada and EU markets;
• Strong in project management, able to follow up design projects from idea generation to production proactively;
• Result driven, decisive, highly organized and is able to train and motivate team members;
• Strong leadership, analytical with good problem solving skills;
• Required to travel to office located in Shenzhen (3 days a week);
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese; written communication skills in English and Chinese
