Job Description
Requirements:
- 5 years restaurant management experiences in western café/restaurant
- Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
- Excellent leadership and customer relationship management skills with strong initiatives to interact with customers
- Strong self-motivation, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Must have HKID and eligible to work in Hong Kong
- Food Hygiene Certification
Responsibilities:
- Provide the high standard of customer services to guests including food and wine recommendation, follow up customers' requests and comments
- Assist with overall of the restaurant management
- Ensure daily smooth operation of the restaurant
