Requirements:

• 5 years restaurant management experiences in western café/restaurant
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Excellent leadership and customer relationship management skills with strong initiatives to interact with customers
• Strong self-motivation, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Must have HKID and eligible to work in Hong Kong
• Food Hygiene Certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide the high standard of customer services to guests including food and wine recommendation, follow up customers' requests and comments
• Assist with overall of the restaurant management
• Ensure daily smooth operation of the restaurant
