Job Specification:

• Assists the Chef de Cuisine in maintaining high standards of day-to-day operations in kitchen. He/she prepares the ingredient and cooking and also monitor the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
•  Assists buying the food ingredients, cooking utensils and handle kitchen inventory

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate/Diploma or equivalent vocational training in F & B catering. Certificate in recognized food handling / sanitation institution is highly preferred
• Demi Chef: Min. 5 years’ experience in F&B operations preferably in hotel or catering industry
• Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented
• Good team player with strong communication and supervisory skills
• Very flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and management demands
• Able to cope with pressure
• Good command in English and Cantonese

Location : Wong Chuk Hang (3 minutes walk from Wong Chuk Hang station)
