Our client is one of Asia's leading ICT solutions institution. Due to expansion, they are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their Cyber Security team.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will act as the focal point of contact for the customers during the service delivery phase. Your role is to understand customers' requirements and act as governance across all services for service, incident, and change management to ensure service quality.

An ideal candidate for this position should have experience managing IT infrastructure operations or technical delivery service management. Knowledge/experience of data centre facility, operation management, Information Security management with ITIL concepts, and ISO20000 standard requirement is of advantage.
