Responsibilities:

• Create and build websites, or online applications with WordPress CMS.
• Build & Maintain WordPress themes optimized for mobile and tablet devices.
• Optimize websites to ensure they render consistently in cross-browser environments, with best SEO principles.
• Monitoring and troubles-shooting of frontend & backend CMS operations, familiar with WordPress development and plugins tools.   
• Work closely with UI designer to create new templates or quick fix on WordPress or HTML environment.
• Create and update reusable code libraries to streamline the development cycle.
• Document processes and code in a clear, comprehensive and organized manner.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in web development and maintenance, with solid experience in WordPress.
• Knowledge in Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP is a must.
• Proficient in Javascript, jQuery, Node.js, Ajax, CSS3 and HTML5.
• Experience creating WordPress PHP & HTML templates
• Extensive experience with Responsive and mobile design techniques.
• Experience de-bugging cross browser issues and troubleshooting development complications.
• Team player with startup spirit, and responsible for yourself and your team members.
• Good command of Chinese and English, good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Immediately available will be an advantage.
