Job Requirements

• Higher diploma, Associate Degree or above in any discipline, Insurance Studies will definitely be an advantage
• Experience in customer service, preferably with Insurance/Health Insurance/Medical experience
• Confident, enthusiastic, proactive, results and customer oriented
• Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English, Mandarin beneficial
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a “can do” attitude
• Willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities
• Good PC skills
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Executive
