- Handle live calls, customer enquiries and complaints
- Assist in making appointment for customers
- Responsible for Customer Relations Management
- Provide professional customer service and accurate information to customers
- Provide feedback from customers for service improvement

Job Requirements
- Higher diploma, Associate Degree or above in any discipline, Insurance Studies will definitely be an advantage
- Experience in customer service, preferably with Insurance/Health Insurance/Medical experience
- Confident, enthusiastic, proactive, results and customer oriented
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English, Mandarin beneficial
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a “can do” attitude
- Willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities
- Good PC skills
- Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Executive
