Responsibilities:

• To provide a professional customer service (life insurance related) to our premium customers;
• To handle customer enquiries and resolve customer disputes or complaint cases;
• To summarize, analyze and identify issues from customer cases;
• To provide life-insurance-related support for consultants.
• To provide administrative and ad hoc support when required

Requirements 

• High School Certificate holder or above;
• Cantonese communication skills would be essential; Putonghua is a plus.
• Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill;
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of written English and spoken Mandarin
• Agent licensing (IIQE Paper 1&3) requirement is a must.
