- Support General Manager (GM) on the preparation of business related presentations, review materials, reports and on project follow-up
- Organize and facilitate GM’s management activities including internal and external meetings and visits by noting meeting memos, following-up actions and following up until completion
- Facilitate smooth communication between GM and internal team and external parties such as suppliers and customers
- Skill & Requirements
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese or Mandarin
- Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Responsible, self-motivated, Independent, mature
- Immediately available preferred
