Responsibilities:

• Assist the division head to oversee the Group’s property management function in the PRC
• Enhance the service standard, work procedure and quality by training and motivating local staff force

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years’ solid experience in property management of which 3 years should be at managerial level;
• Be familiar with the rules and regulations of property management in the PRC
• Prior experience in managing a portfolio of property projects in the PRC including residential and commercial buildings and shopping malls will be an advantage;
• Good leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Frequent travel within PRC is required.
