Responsibilities:

• Support and manage daily warehouse operations by planning the work task and allocating manpower according to the needs
• Facilitate inbound and outbound shipping arrangement
• Organize and monitor the work duties of operators regarding order fulfilment, shipment preparation and stock distribution to retail stores
• Order fulfillment & Handling shipments for pick & pack
• Plan the delivery schedule through coordinating with logistics team
• Provide regular training to operators and follow up
• Updating the warehouse stock systems

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2-5 years’ warehouse operations experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Good communication, problem solving and decision making skill
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command  of written and spoken English and Chinese
