Responsibilities:

• Establish and exercise marketing plans and strategies in response to the latest market trend
• Provide editorial support for marketing materials including social media content, brochures, press releases, advertisement etc
• Plan and orchestrate marketing campaigns, PR events and other promotional activities, including media coverage, in-store promotions, exhibitions, trade shows and seminars
• Involve in the design of marketing materials and manage the execution of advertisements on various media platforms
• Liaise with business partners and proactively identify new joint promotion opportunities and potential business channels 
• Perform reporting and data analysis on trending, marketing effectiveness and R&D
• Work closely with sales team and provide sales & marketing support

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Communications or relevant disciplines 
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Marketing and PR field, preferably in retail / beauty industry
• Excellent copywriting skills and ability to translate English marketing materials / articles into Chinese (or vice versa) 
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Good software knowledge on Microsoft Office, AI, Photoshop, Illustrator and Web Design
• Good organization skills, attention to details 
• Presentable, creative and able to think outside the box
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, able to work independently and under pressure to meet occasional tight schedules
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred

要求:

• 市場銷售或相關專業大學學歷資格
• 需有3-4 年以上在零售 / 美容行業經驗在市場銷售和公關技能
• 優秀的文書技巧，能夠翻譯英語銷售資料
• 流利的英語和中文及普通話
• 在 Microsoft Office、 AI、 Photoshop、 Illustrator 和 Web 設計良好的軟體知識
• 良好的組織能力，做事仔細及具有領導才能
• 能獨立思考有創意並能自行處理日常事務
• 上進心強，勤奮好學，能夠獨立工作和承受壓力
• 能即時上班者優先
