Roles and Responsibilities:

• Apply all relevant SEO actions to website and content to drive Organic Search traffic.
• Perform keyword research in coordination with all online publications to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
• Formulate and implement link building campaigns to achieve each publication’s goals
• Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
• Maintain website hygiene. Continually conducting technical SEO audits.
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance for improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
• Communicate to teams and management on results, areas of improvement, timelines and changing landscape.

Required skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years proven experience in similar capacity from in-house or agency.
• Passion for SEO and internet marketing. Good understanding of optimization for regional search engines, specifically Baidu and Naver.
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics. Experience with SEO online tools including Ahrefs and Search Console.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
